ONE INVESTMENT is a modern multi-project investment and infrastructure platform focused on EV mobility, super charging stations, smart resorts, digital billboard systems, AI technology, solar energy, ride-sharing services, and future infrastructure development projects.

1. Information We Collect

ONE INVESTMENT may collect personal information including name, phone number, email address, KYC verification documents, wallet records, payment history, investment participation records, app usage records, transaction data, and customer support communications.

2. Project Participation Information

Users participating in EV bike, scooter, charging station, AI, resort, solar energy, billboard, or future infrastructure projects may have project participation records, settlement information, contribution history, and operational records maintained within the platform.

3. How Information Is Used

Information may be used for account management, wallet services, project participation tracking, payment processing, customer support, security monitoring, fraud prevention, legal compliance, and operational improvements.

4. Project, Wallet, and Transaction Visibility

The ONE INVESTMENT platform may display wallet records, payment history, contribution records, project records, booking records, or transaction history for user visibility and operational record-keeping.

These records may be used to verify payments, reconcile accounts, prepare reports, process refunds, support settlements, and resolve disputes.

If any app record does not match verified company records, ONE INVESTMENT may review, correct, adjust, or reconcile the record.

5. Data Storage and Security

ONE INVESTMENT takes reasonable steps to protect user information from unauthorized access, misuse, loss, alteration, or disclosure.

We may use technical, administrative, and operational safeguards including access controls, password protection, secured servers, internal restrictions, verification systems, and operational monitoring.

However, no app, website, internet transmission, or storage system is completely secure. Users are responsible for protecting login credentials, passwords, OTP verification codes, and device access.

6. Third-Party Services

ONE INVESTMENT may work with payment providers, EV infrastructure companies, charging service partners, hosting providers, analytics services, maintenance providers, logistics companies, and professional consultants where necessary.

7. User Rights

Users may request corrections, updates, or access to certain personal information subject to verification, operational requirements, and applicable legal obligations.

8. Cookies & Device Permissions

The platform may use cookies, analytics tools, location access, notifications, storage permissions, and camera permissions to improve platform functionality, service quality, and security systems.

9. Legal Compliance

Information may be disclosed where required by law, government request, fraud investigation, payment dispute, legal process, or regulatory compliance obligations.

10. Changes to Terms

ONE INVESTMENT may update these Terms from time to time due to operational, technical, legal, or business changes.
