ONE INVESTMENT — Account Deletion Request
We respect your right to control your personal data. You can request deletion of your One Investment account and all associated data using either of the methods below.
Option 1: Submit Request Online
Fill in the form below and we will process your request within 7 business days.
Option 2: Email Request
Send an email to onerideinc@gmail.com with:
- Subject: Account Deletion Request
- Body: Include your registered email address and phone number
We will process your request within 7 business days.
What Data Gets Deleted

| Profile information (name, email, phone) | Permanently deleted |
| Wallet balance and transaction history | Deleted after settlement |
| Investment booking records | Retained for 90 days for legal/financial compliance |
| KYC documents | Retained as required by financial regulations |
Retention Period
Some financial and investment records may be retained for up to 90 days after your deletion request for legal, regulatory, and financial compliance purposes. After this period, all data is permanently deleted.
