Investment Guidelines

Please read these guidelines carefully before investing through One Investment.

1. Investor Eligibility

Investors must provide accurate personal, identity, nominee, and contact information.

You must be legally eligible to invest in your selected country.

One account should be used per investor.

Additional identity verification may be required.

2. Project Review

Before investing, review:

Project description and location

Price per share

Minimum and maximum investment

Investment duration

Expected return information

Available payment methods

Project risks and terms

Expected returns are estimates and are not guaranteed.

3. Investment Process

Select a project.

Choose the number of shares.

Complete the booking and identity form.

Review the total payable amount.

Select an available payment method.

Complete payment within the permitted period.

Monitor the booking status from My Bookings.

4. Payments

Pay only through payment methods displayed in the application.

Card payments are securely processed by Stripe.

Bank-transfer information must be accurate and include valid proof of payment.

Payment must be made in the project’s stated currency.

Currency conversion costs or bank charges are the investor’s responsibility.

Never send money to an unofficial account.

5. Booking Confirmation

Creating a booking does not always mean the investment is approved.

A booking becomes confirmed after payment is received and verified.

Incorrect, incomplete, duplicate, or unverifiable payments may be rejected.

Keep transaction receipts until approval is complete.

6. Wallet and Referral Balance

Available earnings or referral balances may be applied when permitted.

Their use cannot exceed the payable amount.

Invalid or expired referral codes may not provide a discount.

Applicable restrictions are shown before confirmation.

7. Returns and Distributions

Returns depend on actual project performance.

Payment schedules may vary between projects.

Delays, losses, or lower-than-expected returns are possible.

Historical performance does not guarantee future results.

8. Investment Risks

Investments may involve:

Partial or complete loss of capital

Project delays or cancellation

Market and economic changes

Currency fluctuations

Regulatory or legal changes

Liquidity limitations

Operational and business risks

Only invest money you can afford to keep invested or potentially lose.

9. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation availability depends on booking status and project terms.

Completed or approved investments may not be immediately cancellable.

Eligible refunds may require verification and processing time.

Banking, card-processing, or currency-conversion fees may be non-refundable.

10. Investor Responsibilities

Investors must:

Keep account credentials secure.

Provide truthful and current information.

Review all details before payment.

Report unauthorized activity immediately.

Comply with applicable tax and legal obligations.

11. Documents and Certificates

Approved investments may receive a digital investment certificate.

Certificates are generated from the identity submitted with the booking.

Incorrect information must be reported promptly.

A certificate records an investment but does not guarantee returns.

12. Important Notice

One Investment does not guarantee profits, capital protection, or immediate liquidity unless explicitly stated in a legally binding project agreement. Read all project-specific documents and consult an independent financial, legal, or tax adviser when necessary.

By proceeding with an investment, you confirm that you have reviewed the project information, understand the associated risks, and agree to the applicable terms and conditions.
